Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran is going to hold a joint campus placement drive by Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Ltd. on 18th March 2010 for its ‘Mahindra Holidays Sales Executive Trainee (MHSET) Program’ for MBA/PGDM & BBA students of batches 2009 & 2010. The details are as follows:

About the Program

This Talent Development Program is specially designed for aspiring sales professionals. It is focused on developing a cadre of sales executives with cross-functional experience and an innate aptitude to make a career with the company.

Profile: ROLE TITLE: CDSO – Executive ­

FUNCTION: Sales
JOB PURPOSE To make powerful and successful sales presentations in different settings; to keep abreast with the organization's products and services; to crack profitable deals and referrals and thereby achieve sales targets.

ROLE DELIVERABLES
- Achieve stretched targets in a result-focused environment.

- Resolve member/ customer conflicts.

- Maintain strong client relationship and high level of customer service.

- Prepare pre-sales proposals for prospective clients.

- Identify potential customers and new business opportunities.

- Be updated on new products and services.

Location : Pan-India (mainly Chandigarh)

Job Specification The candidate must:

- be interested in a hard-core sales profile

- be open to travel (preferably own a two-wheeler or some vehicle)

- have strong communication skills

- have effective presentation skills

- be a confident and good negotiator

- be prepared to work in a high pressure sales environment

- have basic MS Office skills

Important:

- Please note that on issuance of the Appointment Letter, the candidate would come on the rolls of the Company.

- At present there is no contract that needs to be signed by the candidate

- The Company will not provide accommodation

- CTC: Rs. 1.68 Lacs p.a. + incentives (the trainees would be eligible for sales incentives only after completion of training period and on confirmation as CDSO).
