CONFIRMATION LETTER TRAINING

Dear Mechanical & IT 2k7 Batch Students!

As you have to undergo the six months industrial training, which should latest start by Aug, 2010, You are requested to send the confirmation letter of your training from your respective company/industry where you will be undergoing six months industrial training.

Kindly make it sure that confirmation letter should clearly mention following information:

1. Student Name S/D/o Father's Name
2. Period of Training( in the form starting date till ending date OR starting date and duration)
3. Name of the training/HR incharge should be mentioned along with the contact number under which you will be doing your training
4. Name of the department/section/branch of your training.
3. Duly signed by your training/HR Incharge with seal of the organization.

Kindly convey your respective incharges that scanned version of confirmation letter be please be sent through emailed to " tpomimit@yahoo.co.in " prior to sending it by post.
