After Selection Process: Training to be conducted at our Partner’s Facilities. Training content and duration as agreed between us and our partner- Cellinor. Cost is shared between us and the candidate. Continuous evaluation process with periodic tests during the classroom phase.. Final Evaluation after completion of Lab training. Candidate scoring less than 60%will be given one time chance to participate in classroom session at not extra cost to the student and evaluation process will be repeated. Candidates scoring 60% or more in the training will be merged within 2 months of successful completion of Training, which is the absorption of the candidate.
Student to pay –
• Course Fee Rs 50000/- upfront
– EMI of (optional)
– Rs 20,000 at the time of enrollment.
– Rs 20,000 on joining the training .
– Rs 15,000 on completion of 1 month of training.
– Hostel facilities extra .@ Rs 8000/- pm for lodging on sharing , food and Pickup & drop (If Required)
• Course Timing :-
– 1 month CRT (Class room Training)
– 15 days practical training on the switch
– 1.5 months OJT in the field at the live commercial instruments .
• Salary schedule:- Total compensation : Rs 4.2 lpa
• On Probation period(0-6 month) = 20k PM
• After Completion of Probation (6month’s onward) = 35 k Pm

Training and Placement cell of MIMIT Malout is being managed by a dedicated team. The cell acts as a linker for the Industrial Training and Placement of students. The Training and Placement cell establishes contacts with industrial houses to arrange training and placement of the students. The Training and Placement cell also guides and helps the Final year students in securing jobs with their knowledge and achievements, by organizing campus Interviews and exploring various avenues for their placement. The cell extends all possible helps and provides all available infrastructure facilities to the organizations and their respective officials conducting campus interviews in the college campus. The cell also prepares placement brochure in print and electronic format and further distribution to relevant industry and job providers.
