Job Title : JUNIOR ENGINEERS / TRAINEE ENGINEERS – 2011
Salary Grade: 3.5 – 6.0 LAKHS (CTC)
Eligibility :
1. All streams of engineering
2. Junior Engineers : Candidates with minimum 50% in BTech/ BE- Till date
3. Trainee Engineers : Candidates with minimum 60% in the BTech/ BE – Till date
Job Responsibilities (allocated as per streams )
1. Prepare engineering analysis of projects to include: preliminary design, calculation, lifecycle cost and equipment selection.
2. Conduct surveys to gather field data.
3. Prepare and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts and other visual aids.
4. Prepare technical construction specifications.
5. Perform Civil engineering duties surrounding the following; public works, buildings, sub-divisions, drainage, traffic, road, airport, tunnel, bridge, water supply, sewage, and environmental systems.
6. Perform Mechanical engineering duties surrounding the following; mechanical devices, components, engines, transportation equipment, environmental control, materials handling, machine tools, robots, automated  manufacturing equipment, and power producing machines such as internal combustion engines, steam and gas turbines, and jet and rocket engines.
7. Perform Chemical engineering duties surrounding the following; food, pharmaceuticals, heat transfer and energy conversion, petrochemicals (chemicals made from petroleum or natural gas), or consumer products such as plastics, detergents, paint, and synthetic textiles.
8. Manage construction document printing process.
9. Manage project issues, budgets, and schedules.
10. Review and critique proposed changes to engineering standards, policies, or details.
11. Review development plans for compliance with adopted engineering standards and good engineering practices.
12. Meet with the general public and/or developers, landowners, and interest groups concerning zoning, subdivision projects, building projects, and engineering regulations, standards, or policies.
13. Coordinate the activities of the design and construction teams.
14. Other duties as assigned.

Salary Grade: 4.0 – 6.5 LAKHS (CTC)
Eligibility :

1. All streams of MBA- Finance , Marketing and HR
2. 50% and above throughout academics
All managers will be posted to Admin, HRD, Corporate PR, Security, Finance, Marketing & allied departments. Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the department. Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching employees. This is the entry level position and likely to convert into middle junior level as per the demand of the job.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (allocated as per streams )

1. Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the department to include: staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals.
2. Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department.
3. Analyse and document business processes and problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.
4. Coordinate and implement solutions from process analysis and general department projects.
5. Direct staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports.
6. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
7. Conduct interviews, hire new staff, and provide employee orientation.
8. Coach and provide career development advice to staff.
9. Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews.
10. Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations,
Employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
11. Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
12. Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels.
13. Schedule and conduct department meetings.
14. Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
15. Communicate with Supervisors, Managers, and Vice Presidents on Department operations.

18 Approve and coordinate telecommuting arrangements.
19 Making the clear way into the HRD, Finance & Marketing departments in terms of handling the complex assignments.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a management degree or equivalent.
2. Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology. Exposure in supervising project and team activities. Ability to read and interpret accounting and financial reports.
3. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
