Get your REF number & obtain respective Hall Ticket ONLINE from 8.00 am on 23th November 2010 to 3.00 pm on 25th November 2010 by entering his/her REF number on www.dgc.edu.in.

The process of issue of Hall ticket will terminate after 3.00 pm on 25th September 2010 & No Hall ticket will be issued on our campus.

PLEASE NOTE/CARRY:
1. Students are advised to contact Training & Placement Department of their respective institutes, to obtain the REF number to subsequently get the Hall ticket from 8.00 am on 23th November 2010 to 3.00 pm on 25th November 2010 by entering his/her REF number on www.dgc.edu.in.
2. On the Spot Registration is not allowed.
3. No college will allow the participation of the candidates, who are having any backlog & only those students, are eligible who are having six months internship/Training in their coming immediate semester i.e. 8th Semester.

4. A photo identification like driving license; college I Card, etc must be brought by the each candidate.
5. You need to carry 2 passport size photographs, CV & 1 set of photocopies of certificates with you at the time of test besides cardboard/pen/pencils.
6. Wear in formal dress only.
7. Company has Excluded Branches (ME/Civil/Chemical).
8. Free of Cost College bus service is provided from Kharar Bus stand to campus & back on 27th November 2010 from 8.00 am onwards as & when required.
9. DGC does not take any responsibility for the Boarding & Lodging of participating Candidates

Training and Placement cell of MIMIT Malout is being managed by a dedicated team. The cell acts as a linker for the Industrial Training and Placement of students. The Training and Placement cell establishes contacts with industrial houses to arrange training and placement of the students. The Training and Placement cell also guides and helps the Final year students in securing jobs with their knowledge and achievements, by organizing campus Interviews and exploring various avenues for their placement. The cell extends all possible helps and provides all available infrastructure facilities to the organizations and their respective officials conducting campus interviews in the college campus. The cell also prepares placement brochure in print and electronic format and further distribution to relevant industry and job providers.
