About the Company
Janalakshmi Financial Services is a urban based Micro
Finance company focused on extending financial services for the Urban Poor. To
achieve this objective, Janalakshmi extends credit and other services,
including Pensions products, and Savings accounts to its customers. Company are
funded by several leading public as well as private sector banks and
Private Equity investors. The board of Janalakshmi consists of several eminent
personalities and industry experts. The senior Management team has over
250 years of experience in the Banking sector.
As on date, Company are present in over 63 cities, 13 states
and operate through 139 branches which cater to a customer base of 11.90 lakhs.
Company are looking at hiring a few dynamic management graduates with a clear
focus on grooming them for junior and middle management positions within the
next one to two years. In this context,
Company hire the management graduates as Management Trainees
for a period of 6 months and confirm them based on successful completion of
probation in the roles of Area Head or Senior Executive. The job would entail
managing a team of Sales or operations staff and customer base. The Area head /
Senior Executive would have overall responsibility for the performance of his /
her team. There is huge scope for growth in either of the above mentioned roles
for high performers.
