Excellent communication Skills & basic understanding about Networking is required for this job.

It is US based Technical Voice Process which involves troubleshooting on networking devices.

-   Any Graduate(BE/ B –tech, BCA ,MCA, BA ,Any graduate )

-   Should have excellent communication skills

-   Should be flexible for 24*7 work environment (night shift)

-   Should be good with basic of networking for example: OSI layers, DNS Server, Classes of IP, Topologies etc.
