Overview of CURIN
Chitkara University Research and Innovation Network (CURIN) was established in the year 2014 to promote the cause of research and Innovation at Chitkara University. With more than 125 patents and a total research grant of Rs. 1 crore from various government and international agencies, CURIN is on its way to become country's most respected research centre. This research centre of Chitkara University has been ranked at position no. 4 among all government and private academic and research institutes of India in filing the maximum number of patents. Senior researchers at CURIN work in many exciting areas like Cloud computing, Data mining, Augmented reality, next-generation electronic devices, applications of RF technology.

Job Description:

As Research Assistants you will be assisting one of the senior researchers on one of the sponsored research projects and will be publishing high-quality research in journals with high h-index.

As Teaching assistants, you will be assisting one of the senior professors in the classes and carve out a niche for yourself in the teaching profession.


Academic Eligibility: Minimum 60% and above in current degree (i.e. B. E. / B. Tech.). 
                                 No academic eligibility for 10th, 12th / Engineering Diploma.
                                 No active backlog. 


Additional: You will be required to join the ME (Fellowship) program simultaneously. The classes for ME program are held during summer and winter breaks only. The duration of this program will be three years.


Fee:              Rs. 31000/- (one time fee for complete 3 years, applicable only if one clears the interview )

Stipend:       Rs. 12000/- per month in the first year
                    Rs. 15000/- in the second year
                    Rs. 18000/- in the third year
                    

Duration of the program:  3 years (M.Tech)

Location: Chitkara University, Punjab

Process: Technical interview

Training and Placement cell of MIMIT Malout is being managed by a dedicated team. The cell acts as a linker for the Industrial Training and Placement of students. The Training and Placement cell establishes contacts with industrial houses to arrange training and placement of the students. The Training and Placement cell also guides and helps the Final year students in securing jobs with their knowledge and achievements, by organizing campus Interviews and exploring various avenues for their placement. The cell extends all possible helps and provides all available infrastructure facilities to the organizations and their respective officials conducting campus interviews in the college campus. The cell also prepares placement brochure in print and electronic format and further distribution to relevant industry and job providers.
