Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for delivery of assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project. Understands a number of HPE technologies in order to provide technical systems management support or deliver part of a detailed technical design which meets customer requirements. Tasks may include performing systems configurations, troubleshooting systems errors/problems, monitoring and/or testing systems performance, and contribute to the design of technical solutions for customer environments.
2. Works under supervision of technical lead and with customer nominated representatives to accomplish assigned tasks.  
3. Acts professionally with HPE customers. Participates as part of a team and maintains good relationships with team members and customers.  
4. Understands HPE's strategy. Is aware of knowledge tools and their application.  
5. Participates in chosen technical community or profession, and regularly attends profession or community of interest events. Focuses on single customer. Contributes via assigned tasks on specific projects.  
6. Should apply knowledge in order to face the challenges which occur during the project development.  
1. Knowledgeable in testing and Development methodologies   
2. Fluency in English.  
3. Knowledgeable in testing and design , and test specifications to : develop test cases and scripts , develop test specifications and validate testing coverage, in order to develop test specifications.
4. Knowledgeable in testing processes and tools to: execute test cases and scripts , ananlyse test results inorder to execute testing engagementand archive testing assets to verify completion of testing.  
5. Knowledgeableof testing processes and testing metrics to: review test summary report , provide testing project feedback .  
6. Participates as part of a team and maintains good relationships with team members and customers.

Job Profile: The incumbent will be responsible for business development activities for the company offerings in the customer accounts assigned to them, which would then be taken to closure under leadership of respective business managers. They would be goaled on qualified funnel generation. They will be supported by a robust Inside Sales Process.

Growth Path: This is a 18 months fast track structured program after which associates becomeBusiness Development Manager/Key Account Manager/ Solution Architect as per their aptitudes 

Overall responsibility:
1. Proactively identify, size and prioritize all significant opportunities in the assigned customer patch and opportunities.
2. Building relationships  with the Corporate/Government customer accounts so as to ensure regular flow of business
3. Studying customer requirement & propose the right fit solutions
4. Understanding the customer business model, competitive landscape and challenges they face so as to position correctly.
5. Engage with Technology Partners (Microsoft and AWS) and their account managers/business groups.
6. Ability to understand technology and the IT services and solutions around it is a must.
7. Excellent Communicator with compelling selling skills in consultative model.
8. The job involves leading business development and account management to sell the company offerings in IT Managed/Professional services model. The candidate would carry revenue targets and would be measured on them besides other qualitative measures.

3) Should be willing to travel anywhere on business (local, national and international).
