Process 1: for Software Engineer Profile       (For candidates having 65% or more in current Degree)          
Eligibility Criteria
  1. 1.     B.Tech (CS & IT) & MCA
  2. 2014  Batch Pass Out candidates
  3. 3.     B.Tech : candidates required minimum 65% and above in 10th, 12th, B.Tech.
  4. 4.     MCA : candidates required minimum 60% in Graduation and 65% in 10th, 12th & MCA.


Profile:                                 Software Engineer

IT Compensation   
  • Stipend Rs. 5000 per month for the period of first 6 months. After successful completion of 6 months, compensation will be Rs. 17,500 Per month.

Process 2: for BPO Profile then move into Software Engg Profile     (After 9 months based on performance, opportunity to move into Software Engineer profile) (For candidates having 50% or more in current Degree)

            Eligibility Criteria
  • B.Tech/MCA/PG/Graduate can apply , with excellent communication.
  • 2014, 2013 & 2012 Batch Pass Out candidates
  • Candidates having 50% or more.  
  • To be able to provide customer service and support to InterGlobe clients on Air, hotels, car hire, packages and other bookings keeping in minds various SLA’S like quality, abandon%, AHT & efficient customer service. To be able to deal with customers from India, US, UK and Asia Pacific where it may require to take few calls in Hindi as well.
  • Training can be 6 days working and post certification the working days could be 6/5 working days, depending on the process that the employee would be finally transferred to

BPO Compensation        
  • BPO Salary 12,000/- Gross monthly CTC.

Instructions for the Joint Placement Drive  
ü  A photo identification like license; college I Card, etc is to be brought by the candidate.
ü  You need to carry 2 passport size photographs, all the original or Photocopies of certificates with you at the time of test.
ü  You need to carry cardboard, pencils, Erasers, Sharpeners & pens.

Training and Placement cell of MIMIT Malout is being managed by a dedicated team. The cell acts as a linker for the Industrial Training and Placement of students. The Training and Placement cell establishes contacts with industrial houses to arrange training and placement of the students. The Training and Placement cell also guides and helps the Final year students in securing jobs with their knowledge and achievements, by organizing campus Interviews and exploring various avenues for their placement. The cell extends all possible helps and provides all available infrastructure facilities to the organizations and their respective officials conducting campus interviews in the college campus. The cell also prepares placement brochure in print and electronic format and further distribution to relevant industry and job providers.
