Package 3.12  Lakh per annum
Any Bond or Fee 3 years of Service Agreement ( Security Deposit of INR 50 Thousand in the form of a DD on the date of joining ) Company returns the deposit
  along with a loyalty bonus of 1.5 lakh after 3 years.

Placement Process ● 21st March. 14 - PPT - Aptitude Test -GD – Personal Interview

Nationality -Indian nationals ONLY
•Sex -Female ONLY
•Age -Between 18 to 27 Years
•Height -Minimum of 155 cms
•Weight -Appropriate weight , as per BMI (Body Mass Index)
•Education -Passed 10+2 Examination from a recognized board or university.
•Language skills -Fluency and clarity in speech, correct pronunciation and reduced mother tongue influence, in English and Hindi.
•Personality -Presentable , confident, mature with good interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
•Grooming -Candidate with clear complexion, positive body language and well groomed.
No visible scars and tattoos.

Students should carry 2 passport size photograph,Updated CV & academic certificates. Students should be in formals.

IndiGoFor Cabin Crew 3 year contract with IndiGo, security deposit of INR 50 Thousand in the form of a DD the day they join and we give back the deposit along with a loyalty bonus of 1.5 lakhafter 3 Years.
IndiGo85 days training at IFLY in Gurgaon
IndiGoCrew gets a stipend of INR 15 thousand while in training, post that they become Cabin Attendants and get a starting salary of INR 26 thousand (Safeguarding 40HRS), thereafter they get paid on an hourly basis
IndiGoCabin Crew can apply for various IJPs after completing a stipulated time with Indigo , as per our IJP Policy.

Training and Placement cell of MIMIT Malout is being managed by a dedicated team. The cell acts as a linker for the Industrial Training and Placement of students. The Training and Placement cell establishes contacts with industrial houses to arrange training and placement of the students. The Training and Placement cell also guides and helps the Final year students in securing jobs with their knowledge and achievements, by organizing campus Interviews and exploring various avenues for their placement. The cell extends all possible helps and provides all available infrastructure facilities to the organizations and their respective officials conducting campus interviews in the college campus. The cell also prepares placement brochure in print and electronic format and further distribution to relevant industry and job providers.
