RetailOn.net has given its consent for Recruitment Drive at Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology (APIIT) SD INDIA PANIPAT, Haryana on 25th November, 2014. The eligible BE/BTech or ME/MTech (CS, IT, IS) or MCA STUDENTS (No cutoff percentage)(Batch 2015) will be allowed to participate in the drive ONLY after registration on http://www.apiit.edu.in.

Mandatory  :  Registration is mandatory for participation on www.apiit.edu.in  There is no fee for registration / participation / selection.


Job Position    : RetailOn is hiring for two separate designations.

1.  Associate Software Engineer (Magento PHP Developer)
2. Internship for final semester students.

CTC for Associate Software Engineer: INR 2.4 LPA (and if one have Magento certification before joining one will have higher designation of Magento Developer and higher salary start of INR 3.00 LPA)

CTC for internship:  Rs. 8000/- per month as stipend for the duration of Jan - 2014 - June- 2014

Qualification             : B.E. / B.Tech./ MCA  2015 batch (No cutoff percentage required)

Hiring Process:  1st two rounds will be on basics of PHP  
1.   1st round of Online written Test (in Campus)– 60 Minutes on 25 Nov 2014. 
2.   2nd round for 1st round qualifier :     Technical Programming Online  Test (in Campus) – 30 - 45 Minutes on 27/28 Nov 2014 to be intimated to the participants one day in advance by mail.
3.   Technical Interview  – 30 to 60 minutes
4.   HR Interview - 30 to 60 minutes. 
5.   Final Round of discussion at RetailOn office 

Offer letter:  Offer Letter will be provided to the selected Candidates on the day they join the company.

Training and Placement cell of MIMIT Malout is being managed by a dedicated team. The cell acts as a linker for the Industrial Training and Placement of students. The Training and Placement cell establishes contacts with industrial houses to arrange training and placement of the students. The Training and Placement cell also guides and helps the Final year students in securing jobs with their knowledge and achievements, by organizing campus Interviews and exploring various avenues for their placement. The cell extends all possible helps and provides all available infrastructure facilities to the organizations and their respective officials conducting campus interviews in the college campus. The cell also prepares placement brochure in print and electronic format and further distribution to relevant industry and job providers.
